What Interferential Therapy?

Interferential therapy is a treatment method with utilizing low frequency stimulation generated by intersection of slightly different two middle frequency currents, which gives no irritation to the skin surface like low frequency current, but gives therapeutic current within the tissues easily like high frequency current. 4 interferential therapy modes are available with SEDANTE RADIA & SEDANTE MYRIA II, which could be applied to most of the required therapy or to the affected tissues.

IFC (Quadripolar Interferential Current)

Arranging 2 pairs of electrodes in square. 100% of interferential electric field is generated in 4 directions at where electrodes intersect. Almost no skin surface irritation could be felt beneath the electrodes. This is widely used conventional method that you can minimize stimulation of skin surface and maximize therapeutic stimulating effect in deeper tissues.

IFCW (IFC with Vector Mechanism)

By modulating currency between electrodes periodically, it motivates static interferential electric field (low frequency components) automatically. It is possible to stimulate wide area; by generating active interferential electric field for all over the targeting affected tissues.
