Interferential low-frequency device Sedante Crea
Clea incorporates new technology while preserving the origins of the interferential current low-frequency therapy device. The 4-pole interference adopted in Clea achieves delicate and gentle stimulation. The ST mode allows for a variety of stimulations through the use of eight cups. Furthermore, the range of treatments has expanded with the addition of new stimulation methods, such as stimulation of motor points using probe electrodes.
Features
-
10,000 Hz carrier frequency
It is effective for cases involving subjective discomfort, unusual sensations, and tenderness, such as myofascial pain syndrome of the erector spinae muscles. The stimulation using a 10,000 Hz carrier frequency feels very gentle, and it relieves pain by delivering a large amount of current to the living body.
-
Versatile ST stimulation modes
If you are experiencing muscle tension or pain in the shoulders, stimulating the upper trapezius and the area around the scapula can increase scapular mobility and further enhance shoulder joint mobility. The ST mode, with its diverse stimulation, not only relieves pain but also improves mobility.
-
Local stimulation by probe
There are various factors that limit joint range of motion, such as joint capsule contracture and muscle atrophy. Probe-based electrical stimulation is effective when changing stimulation points on the fly during treatment, or when used in combination with manual therapy. *The probe is an optional accessory.
-
Neuromuscular stimulation with belt electrodes
Muscle atrophy caused by prolonged bed rest or joint immobilization takes time to improve muscle function, including muscle strength. Neuromuscular stimulation via belt electrodes can induce strong muscle contractions even in patients who cannot perform voluntary contractions, thus facilitating early mobilization. *Belt electrodes are optional accessories.

Versatile therapy modes
-
CI (combined IFC) mode
By alternating between IFC and IFCW treatments, the interference current works deep into the area, creating the sensation of kneading while moving. A pleasant stimulation envelops the affected area. This mode incorporates the essence of an interferential current low-frequency therapy device. -
CM (combined modulation) mode
It alternately stimulates between the poles using two different modulation waveforms. It provides the sensation of kneading while tapping the muscle. This is effective for patients who are relatively accustomed to stimulation. -
ST mode
By varying the carrier frequency and independently changing the modulation waveform for each pole, it outputs highly random and diverse stimuli. The rhythmic action linked between each pole activates the muscle pump function.
-
NM (normal) mode
It is a traditional interference mode by Dr. Nemec. You can treat patients with IFCW, which provides a sense of movement, and NMES, which allows for increasing and decreasing output aimed at muscle strengthening.
-
NMES mode
In C레a, synchronization between CH1 and CH2, as well as alternating operation between the red and white leads of each channel, is now possible. The ability to alternately stimulate agonist and antagonist muscles has expanded the range of treatments for muscle re-education. -
