General electrical stimulation system G-TES
All-new electrical stimulation that moves all lower-limb muscles
Belt electrode skeletal muscle stimulation "B-SES"
The entire inside of the belt serves as an electrode, and by wrapping it around the legs, electricity flows in a cylindrical shape through the entire lower limbs. In addition, because the electrode area is extremely large, the potential distribution per location is dispersed, making it possible to achieve strong muscle contractions without feeling pain. Furthermore, by moving all of the lower limbs where human muscles are concentrated, energy consumption is increased, and effective exercise substitution can be performed.
Features
-
Improves exercise tolerance and ADL
All the belts are electrodes, and by wrapping them around the legs, the electricity is conducted throughout the lower limbs as a tube. Additionally, the electrode area is very large, so the voltage distribution per area is dispersed, allowing for strong muscle contraction without any pain.
Furthermore, by moving all the lower limbs, which account for 70% muscles in the body, you can increase energy consumption and also perform effective exercise substitution.
-
Attraction to advanced rehabilitation
In rehabilitation settings, there are often situations where handling more difficult patients is required, but the workload cannot be properly managed.
①Even for severe cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, the movement is not accompanied by palpitations or breathing difficulties due to the use of passive exercise, and the vital signs remain stable, allowing exercise to be performed.
②Even in cases where voluntary movement is difficult, such as in sedation in ICU, it prevents muscle atrophy and controls high blood sugar after surgery.
③Even if you have post-surgery weight-bearing restrictions or cannot perform exercises on your own due to orthostatic hypotension, you can safely exercise on the bed.
④Exercise for patients with paralysis or bedriddenness who have already lost muscle strength and voluntary control
⑤Response to cases with severe pain, impaired consciousness, or other difficulties in contracting muscles
⑥Response to patients with decreased exercise performance and exercise motivation during dialysis
G-TES allows you to exercise safely even while lying in bed.
By adopting "B-SES", we can provide exercise tailored to the individual case, from aerobic exercise to high-intensity muscle training. It can be performed safely on a bed. This could be another option for patients who have struggled with traditional approaches.
-
Overwhelming current conduction efficiency through its unique waveform
-
Strength training and aerobic exercise by purpose
Disuse (muscle strength training)
Electrical stimulation at 20 Hz contracts the muscles and induces strong muscle contractions. It increases blood lactate levels, strengthens all the muscles in the legs, and increases muscle mass.
Metabolism (aerobic exercise)
By continuously activating all the lower limbs, which account for 70% of total muscle mass, with electrical stimulation at 4 Hz, energy metabolism and sugar metabolism are enhanced. -
Information management
Management of patient implementation records and body and electrode information.
-
Pursuing smooth and comfortable operation
The capacitive touch panel ensures intuitive and superior operation.
-
Inner heater & bottle warmer
The G-TES2000 cart features a built-in interior heater. The use of a quartz heater provides a quick startup, efficiently warming the belt electrodes. All belt electrodes used at one time can be warmed simultaneously. In addition, it is fully equipped with a bottle warmer on the side to heat liquids. By adopting a PTC heater capable of self-temperature control, it warms bottles safely and energy-efficiently.
-
Even more advanced belt electrodes
By incorporating a heater into the belt, it is comfortable even during winter use.
By wrapping the belt electrode around the waist, thigh, and ankle and passing electricity through it, the electricity is conducted through the entire lower leg in a cylindrical shape.

Hygiene measures & economy
Improved hygiene and economy through the use of silicone rubber, semi-disposable design with the electrode sheet that is removable and directly in contact with the skin.
