  長期にわたる臥床や関節の固定などによる筋萎縮は、筋力を含めた筋機能改善に時間を要します。ベルト電極を通じた神経筋刺激は、随意収縮ができないような患者さまなどに対してでも強い筋収縮を促すことができるので早期の離床に繋げることが出来ます。 ※ベルト電極はオプション付属品です。

  

• Versatile therapy modes

• CI (combined IFC) mode

  IFC とIFCWを交互に治療することで、干渉電流が深部にまで働きかけ、揉みほぐしながら移動していく感覚です。心地よい刺激が患部を包み込みます。干渉電流型低周波治療器のエッセンスを組み込んだモードです。

• CM (combined modulation) mode

  2種類の異なるモジュレーション波形を極間交互に刺激します。筋を揉みほぐしながら、叩く感覚です。比較的刺激になれた患者さまに効果的です。

• ST mode

  搬送周波数を変化させ、また変調波形を各極独立に変化させることによりランダム性の高い多彩な刺激を出力します。各極間で連動したリズミカルな動作で、筋ポンプの働きを活性化させます。

  

• NM (normal) mode

  ネメック博士による伝統的な干渉モードです。移動感のあるIFCWや筋力増強を目的とした漸増、漸減出力が可能なNMESで治療することができます。

  

• NMES mode

  クレアでは、CH1、CH2間での同期、各CHの赤、白間での交互動作が可能となりました。主動作筋、拮抗筋の交互刺激ができることで筋再教育のための治療の幅が広がりました。
